Ukraine has spent four years keeping a country online while its power and telecom networks were being hit. Prybytko holds the digital infrastructure portfolio and has run that work from the inside, from redundancy and dispersed capacity to rebuilding under fire. It is expensive experience, and Norway has reason to listen to it.

Everything happens under one roof at Scandic Fornebu, twenty minutes from central Oslo and ten from Lysaker station. Transport and parking below.

Getting there
About 25 minutes from the city centre
Ruter buses run frequently from Oslo bus terminal and Nationaltheatret towards Fornebu. Get off at Oksenøyveien or Fornebu senter, both a short walk from the hotel. Check live departures and buy tickets in the Ruter app.
Oslo S to Lysaker in about 10 minutes
Local trains and Flytoget both stop at Lysaker. From there it is a five minute bus ride or taxi to Scandic Fornebu, or a walk of roughly 25 minutes. Taxis wait outside the station exit.
Gardermoen to Lysaker, then bus or taxi
Flytoget and the regional trains from Oslo Airport call at Lysaker in about 40 minutes, so there is no need to change in the city centre. A taxi from the airport takes 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic.
Large garage directly under the hotel
There is plenty of capacity in the garage below the building, so arriving by car is straightforward even on both conference days. Pay on site by app or machine. Exit E18 at Lysaker and follow signs for Fornebu.
Conference dinner 19:00 to 21:30, 21 September
Held in the hotel, so no transport is needed between the programme and the dinner. It is added separately during registration and is included on early bird tickets.
